SURVEYS
We are able to undertake surveys of existing buildings, plant
and all services. We have over 30 years experience of all
aspects of building services, and this expertise is able
to be utilized in the following areas:
1. To
provide accurate records of "as fixed" services.
This information is necessary in many areas of work, for
compliance with statutory regulations, i.e. water service
records, pressure systems, volume surveys etc. In addition,
the information is necessary prior to planning and implementation
of upgrades, refurbishment projects.
2. Energy
surveys, which can highlight areas of high usage, together
with recommendations. We are able to offer current practice
experience with energy management systems and control technology
as applied to comfort and management conditions.
3. Safety
surveys can be carried out to advise of system conformation
to current regulations.
REPORTS
All surveys are supported by written reports and where necessary
drawings, providing the Client with an objective independent
assessment together with recommendations for action to be
taken.
