The Practice

Marald Engineering Consultants as a Practice was formed in 1984 to undertake Projects in the Middle East and in 1986 our Talbot Green office was opened with a view to providing a personal service to Clients in the United Kingdom in general, and South Wales in particular, from a centralised location, in all facets of Building Services Engineering and Management.

In the modern day it is necessary for all building services designs to provide the user/client with a functional cost effective design which allows the interaction of capital outlay against revenue cost to be tailored to give the optimum return for each development.

At all times it is necessary to ensure that designs achieve the correct comfort conditions in order to effect the greatest efficiency of personnel, plant and equipment. It is our belief that this philosophy is true irrespective of Project size, and to this end the same attention is given to all projects undertaken by this practice.

Our emphasis has been placed on the use of computers for design, drawing and word processing purposes and in order to keep up with the changing world of Technology we regularly review the market software, and all drawings are prepared using AutoCAD.

QUALITY CONTROL

In order to ensure that we are able to constantly monitor the level of service offered by ourselves we operate a comprehensive system of contract control from initial enquiry through to final completion, fully documented with a number of quality control milestones at various stages of the procedure.

This constant self policing prevents complacency and enables us at all times to be self critical thereby ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship and presentation.
